Well, im just going through looking at steamcards.com and as ive been gaming so much lately im going to make a steamcard to put on forums etc, just gonna post them here first

Hopefully this year of school will not take away from   gaming too much, but one can only hope!

I recently installed ubuntu 8.04 on my new laptop and not only does it work perfectly, compiz-fusion works realy well even with the opaque desktop cube enabled. Im having some troubles using the rain effect i have not yet got that to work, it may be a bad installation of compiz but its not too much of a problem so im not goinna worry about it unless im really bored. As im wanting to learn a programming launguage Ubuntu offers the perfect platform for Python. So at the moment im learning that over XP and Ubuntu. Back soon

Recently I aquired an IBM thinkpad T41 (low-res version) from a friends and have sat happily playing with all kinds of things, unfortuneately SP3 for XP does not seem to like my wireless card so i am stuck using the crappy netgear software for the moment unitl i find a way around this but on the bright side of course i have a new laptop, may go ahead and spray the old laptop as it is a good thing to have around and at the moment is pretty scratched up. End of year exams just over with, some pretty good results in that area, so until next time

Long time no post, To much stuff going on realy.
Lots of gaming with my new build. Lots of buying stuff. Lots of trying to get some kind of internet around the house, that however is sorted, internet will be up in my house by end of week and ill be real happy.
Im trying out an AMD Leopard install disk only to realise that it just wont work. Changing my laptop chasis to the crappy one i had lying around so my friend could spray paint it for me (i wouldnt be too good at that) Work and a movie poster/preview project im working on for school. of course its not a real movie just my own made up one, doesnt matter so long as the work is good and i get a good grade (fingers crossed) Re installs of stuff and more gaming as well. Ive been starting off with games like UT and of course crysis, i urge you all to check them both out. ones old and one is new, but both are very fun. Thast is pretty much what has been taking my time up lately but fingers crossed my next post will be a nice long rant about stuff…

Well first off id like to say that over the past month my laptop screen inverter blew, therefore disabling me from using my laptop but because my old screen (the broken one) had a working inverter i replaced the current one with that so my laptops now working again. I finally got round to getting enough money for a new build so i got the parts in and one of my friends built i up for me, i didnt want to brake any parts with static etc, cos it wouldve taken me a long time to get enough money to get the parts back. So once it downloaded all my steam games and installed a few others. I spent no time in getting it home and pushing off any homework etc to backburner while i got into and finished a tonne of games, once id got through those i worked my way through a tonne of homework id collected during my game sessions. What with yet more games to play and my old machine to rebuild for my uncle, i have not been on the net for at least 2 weeks, that of course is my explanation for the late post. Ive got a couple of things to get in the next month (internet etc) but thatll have to wait until i get my new card and some more money as someone stole my wallet at school. So until next time

My Brother almost at an age where hes able to share a room with me so by the end of the month all of my stuff into the bigger room with him and then adding some extra shelves so i can have some of my stuff actually in the room rather than in draws or cupboards, usually all my stuff would be out on a desk and on the floor but as hes only 3 id rather keep most of my stuff out of reach. The basic plan though is to have all of our stuff in the one bigger bedroom rater than in a tiny room where only 2 beds will fit let alone anywhere to live. I know its a short post but the next one will be a little longer, im off to go and put loads of crap into bins and the remaining things into boxes and so on ready for the move, Until next time

Finally Term ends and I have one estimate mark for the website development project and to make my Christmas even better I received the Sapres laptop and just popped in a new fan and my old Hard Drive and Voila it works, which is of course how im writing this post. To be honest theres not a lot more going on, i’ve collected around 160 if i include the definate Christmas money i’m getting so i’m almost to the point of building a new computer, but the downside is I wont be able to build this machine until gone Christmas as im a little money short and completely out of time to order parts, however that is technically a plus As now I can order parts in January which means hopefully low prices and a better Machine if I blow the same amount of money. Well as for that longer explanation on last weeks post it went down the drain. But now i am actually going to explain why, I have a very long winded web design project for my end of term report at school and for this it is possible to get A level 4-8 Im hoping for level 7 or higher and to achieve that not only does the site need to be working properly but I have to create screenshots of every step and then explain and compare between the program i choose to use and the one other people use at school. It all has to be up and running and handed to my IT teacher by a few days before the end of term so until then there might not be any more posts, Ill try and get some in during the weekend but ill probably either be spending all of my free time gaming (all of about 20 minutes if I am desinging my website) or not allowing any free time at all bar eating and just desinging my site, as im not dumb i do know my predidctions are probably all wrong and i wont be able to do much site design because ill have friends asking me to come over or go here and there in town and then forget about everything to do with IT, but hey i have no time left on the PC so ill post later, hopefully soon

Well the title gives it away im now at work typing this instead of on my laptop because i dropped it and broke the screen and on top of that I have a school website design project to work on which includes for me too get lvl6< . Visual studio web developer express, Photoshop CS and possibly Dreamweaver, fireworks and something else I wont be on for at least a week between posts until I replace my screen, hopefully that wont be to long but hey until the next more detailed post
